Trigueros asparagus have been used since distant times as vegetables and for medicine. Of soft and delicate flavor. It is a normally erect bush, woody and branched stem, small leaves (0.5-1 cm) pointed with a dark central band, its flowers are very small and white or yellow. Forms a short rhizome from where the stems emerge.
