We understand that not everyone is familiar with shopping online, so below we explain the steps to place an order in our seed store in a simple way:
Choose the products
Using the menu, you can browse the different seed categories we offer (trees, shrubs, vegetables, etc.). You can also use the search bar next to our logo to search directly for the product you want.
By clicking on the name or image of the product you're interested in, you'll enter the product page, where you'll find more photos, price, availability, and other details. Clicking “Add to cart” will add the product to your cart, and the icon in the top right corner of the page (the cart) will update with the number of products you've added.
Adding products to the cart
Each time you add a product, you’ll be given the option to “Continue shopping” or “Proceed to checkout”.
Once you’ve added all the products you want, click “Proceed to checkout” or the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
Review your order
Your cart will display all the items you've added, the quantities (which you can increase or decrease), and the total amount. If everything looks correct, click “Proceed to checkout” to continue.
Checkout process
To complete your order, you will be asked to provide:
Your personal details
Full name, email address, and a new password
Once completed, click “Continue”.
Address
The delivery address for your order
Once completed, click “Continue”.
Shipping method
The available option for your location will be selected by default.
Choose payment method
You can choose from the available payment options.
Once selected, click “Pay now” or “Order with obligation to pay” to confirm the order.
- If you selected PayPal, card or other, you'll be redirected to the bank’s secure payment gateway.
- If you selected bank transfer, you will be shown the bank details to make the payment.
Order placed!
Once your payment is complete, a message will confirm your order has been received — congratulations!
We’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
