Dicentra spectabilis, commonly known as bleeding heart, is an ornamental perennial plant notable for its heart-shaped, pink and white flowers that hang in clusters along arching stems. Native to Asia, it can reach a height of up to 1 meter and has finely divided, compound leaves of bright green color.
