Cardamom - Plant
Elettaria cardamomum
Original plant from Southeast Asia, from A India to Indonesia, where it grows in wet and rainy jungles with lots of light. The seeds of its fruits are used to aromatize Infusions, coffee and other drinks and in some types of curry, also in desserts such as apple cakes. Its smell is similar to eucalyptus or camphor, stimulate digestion and arouse appetite.
