Coriander - seeds
Coriandrum sativum
native to North Africa and southern Europe, so is common to use its leaves and seeds in Mediterranean cuisine and in India, also in Latin America. The seeds are ground used as a seasoning or as an ingredient of bread, beers and coffees. The leaves are the ingredient of sauces such as Mexican guacamole, soups and salads.
