Finger anthurium - Seeds
Anthurium pedatoradiatum
Anthurium pedatoradiatum, known as finger anthurium, is an ornamental species valued for its deeply divided leaves. The foliage resembles outstretched fingers, giving it a distinctive silhouette among aroids.
It is well suited to bright indoor collections, greenhouse growing or protected spaces with moderate humidity. Its main appeal lies in the architecture of the leaf rather than showy flowers.
How to sow finger anthurium seeds
Sow Anthurium pedatoradiatum seeds in a fine, airy and organic-rich medium suitable for tropical aroids. Keep moisture steady without waterlogging, and do not allow the seeds to dry out during the early stage.
Place the seed container in bright filtered light. Once seedlings develop firm leaves, transplant them carefully into a loose mix that allows good root aeration.
